COVID-19 Policy

Please note the below policies implemented to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
  1. Infrared Thermometers will be used to check the temperature of all customers upon entering our premises.
  2. All customers will be required to sanitize/ wash hands upon entering our premises.
  3. Entry into our premises will be for customers who are receiving services only.
  4. Masks must be worn by customers at all times.
  5. Please stay at home if you are sick, feeling unwell or have been exposed to anyone with Covid 19.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse services to any customer that does not adhere to any of our policies.
We are committed to ensuring that The Nail Boutique is a safe place and we will strive to do our utmost to serve you with the highest standards possible. Together, we will get through this.

No-Cash Policy

  • We are a cashless business.
  • Please pay using POS or bank transfers only.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • We operate strictly by appointment to ensure a calm, personalized experience.
  • Kindly book via our website or through our dedicated Customer Contact Centre.
  • Cancellations or changes should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in before your service.
  • A 15‑minute grace period is allowed; after this, we may not be able to guarantee your service.

Tipping Etiquette

  • Cash Tips: Can be given directly to your service provider(s).
  • If you’d like to tip multiple staff, you’re welcome to hand it to the Receptionist with instructions for distribution.
  • POS or Bank Transfer Tips: These can be made to our Company account or POS terminals.
  • Tips made via POS or bank transfer are collected by the company and shared electronically with staff members on a weekly basis.
  • For everyone’s protection and transparency, personal accounts should not be used for TIPS or any form of payments.
  • Gifts: Thoughtful non-cash gifts (e.g. food, items) can be given directly to staff member(s) or handed to the Salon Manager for delivery to the staff member(s) of your choice.

Group Booking (3+ Guests)

  • A 20,000 deposit per person is required to confirm bookings for 3 or more guests.
  • This deposit will be applied toward the final bill on the day of service.
  • If any person in the group is unable to attend, we require 24 hours notice. If notice is not given or the guest does not show up, the deposit for that guest is forfeited to cover the operational and scheduling costs incurred.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • We are committed to excellent customer service and aim to resolve any genuine dissatisfaction promptly.
  • If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service so we can offer a correction.
  • Refunds or Store credits are only considered in genuine cases where there is clear evidence of service failure. All refund decisions are made solely at Management’s discretion.
  • Retail items may be exchanged or refunded if returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase within 7 days of purchase.

Payment Guidelines

  • To keep things transparent and secure: All payments must be made through official Company accounts only.
  • Staff members are not permitted to accept payments into personal accounts.
  • Kindly request a receipt for all payments before leaving.

Zero Tolerance for Harrassment

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment or discrimination towards our staff members.
  • This includes but is not limited to verbal abuse, offensive language, unwanted advances, or any behavior that makes our staff feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
  • Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of services.

Repairs & Corrections

  • We want you to love your nails.
  • If any adjustments are needed, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment.
  • From day 8, a repair charge will apply.

Children's Services

  • At this time, we offer services to children ages 6–12 only.
  • We’re unable to attend to children under the age of 6.

NB: We maintain the right to refuse services to those who do not adhere to our salon policies.
