Sanitary Protocols
COVID-19 Policy
- Infrared Thermometers will be used to check the temperature of all customers upon entering our premises.
- All customers will be required to sanitize/ wash hands upon entering our premises.
- Entry into our premises will be for customers who are receiving services only.
- Masks must be worn by customers at all times.
- Please stay at home if you are sick, feeling unwell or have been exposed to anyone with Covid 19.
- We reserve the right to refuse services to any customer that does not adhere to any of our policies.
No-Cash Policy
We do not take cash as a form of payment. Kindly make payment via POS or bank transfers only.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We operate an appointment only service. Therefore all appointments are required to be pre-booked on our website or on the telephone.
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours in advance.
Please arrive at least 10 mins early for your scheduled appointment.
Please note that we provide a 15 mins grace period for appointment times. Should you arrive any time after this we may not be able to guarantee a service.
Group Booking Policy
For any bookings of 3 people or more (classified as Group booking) we will require a non-refundable booking fee to be transferred before the booking is confirmed.
This fee is N10k per person and this fee will be deducted from the final bill once you come in for your service.
The deposit will be forfeited for any no shows (per person) for the date and time of the group booking.
Kids Policy
Any children that are younger than 6 years of age will unfortunately not be attended to at this time. Please note that kids are classified as ages 6-12.
